Key Northern California highway closed as snow continues to fall in the blizzard-hit Sierra Nevada

A powerful blizzard in the Sierra Nevada caused major problems with closed highways, shut ski resorts, and power outages. Despite the dangers, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing were observed.
